Date:2024-03-26 Views:403

With the acceleration of industrialization, energy conservation and emission reduction have become the focus of global attention. On March 15th, proposed by the China Welding Association, the National Green Manufacturing Technology Standardization Technical Committee, led by Zhengzhou Machinery Research Institute Co., LTD. Beijing Botsing Technology Co., LTD., China Machinery Productivity Promotion Center Co., LTD., China Machinery General Institute Group Harbin Welding Research Institute Co., LTD., CRRC Qingdao Sifang Rolling Stock Co., LTD., Shenzhen Megmet Welding Technology Co., LTD., Guangdong Xinquanli Laser Intelligent Equipment Co., LTD., Nanjing Estun Electric Co., Ltd. and other units participated in the development of the "welding processing The national standard "Energy Consumption Detection Method" (GB/T 43656-2024) has been officially approved and released, and will be implemented from July 1, 2024.

In recent years, China has successively issued the "Circular Development Leading Action" and "Industrial Green Development Plan" and other documents, which put forward the major strategic decision of carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060, and put forward clear requirements for the modern industrial manufacturing system with low energy consumption, low emissions and recycling of metal structural parts. Among them, the energy consumption management of welding process is one of the effective means to solve the resource, environment, health and safety problems of welding manufacturing enterprises and their supply chain upstream and downstream organizations. How to scientifically and accurately monitor and evaluate the energy consumption in the welding process is of great significance for optimizing energy use, reducing production costs and promoting green manufacturing. However, the research on energy consumption detection technology of welding process in China is still in the initial stage, and the gap of test method standards is very large.

The formulation of the national standard "Welding Process Energy Consumption Detection Method" can better guide and standardize welding manufacturing enterprises to systematically build welding process energy consumption detection management system, drive related enterprises to cooperate with green energy conservation development, and standardize enterprises to carry out welding process energy consumption management and energy consumption information disclosure. Provide certification/evaluation basis for welding process energy consumption for relevant government organizations and testing institutions, establish an open, transparent, green and sustainable management mechanism for welding process energy consumption, and boost the green, energy-saving and sustainable development of China's welding manufacturing industry.

With deep research and development strength and rich practical experience in welding, Botsing Technology participated in the drafting and formulation of this standard with technical support and practical application data. Our expert team has worked closely with domestic colleagues to discuss and verify the standard repeatedly, ensuring the scientific, advanced and practical nature of the standard, and put forward targeted suggestions from the application scenarios of the standard, how to classify welding processing methods, relevant detection formulas and the scientific coefficient of energy consumption detection.

As a national industry association, the China Welding Association has carried out standardization work since 2016. Under the guidance of the China Welding Association, Botsing Technology participated in the formulation of a number of national standards and industry standards, jointly guided and standardized welding industry standards, and developed in the direction of "automation green digitalization", accelerating the industry from a welding manufacturing country to a welding robot application country and a welding manufacturing power.
