Botsing Technology will officially debut at the 25th Beijing Essen Welding and Cutting Exhibition from June 16th to 19th 2021. The Essen Exhibition will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, with Botsing Technology booth number W5-442. We warmly welcome everyone to visit and observe the exhibition.
At this exhibition, Botsing Technology will showcase the full position welding of large-diameter cylinders, welding of process pipelines and long-distance pipelines, longitudinal seam welding of 5m diameter spherical tanks, welding of narrow and small space overhead welding positions, automatic tracking of large-diameter inclined cylinders, and automatic tracking of unilateral space restricted structures using automated welding robots. During the exhibition period, Botsing Technology held a lecture on automated welding technology in the W4 Hall - M7 conference room. The lecture first introduced the project background of large-scale structural component welding, traditional manual welding methods, and industry challenges. It proposed the challenges that need to be solved in large-scale structural component robot welding, and analyzed the technical difficulties such as crawling adsorption, image processing, tracking control, and robot welding process in individual cases, Finally, the practical application of the trackless guide all position crawling welding robot in the welding of large structural components such as tanks and spherical tanks is introduced.
